Ashley Bickford is recognized nationally as a professional model, television host, community activist and business professional. A former Miss Rhode Island 2007, Ashley can be seen trying new adventure sports as the co-host of Northeast Adventures on the Cox Sports channel, or modeling for such publications as Town and Country magazine.
A lady accomplished in many fields, Ashley also works as a tax professional for a "Big 4" international accounting firm.
As a model, Ashley has appeared internationally for such companies as Supermodels Unlimited Magazine, Venus Swimwear and Hawaiian Tropic, Chelsea Football Club and has walked the runway of NYC Fashion Week for Venexiana. Recently appearing as a "future girlfriend" in the New Line Cinema film, Ghosts of Girlfriends Past with Matthew McConaughey, Ashley has starred in the TLC television series "Miss America Reality Check".
Ashley is a graduate of Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island with a Master's degree of Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the same university. Ashley achieved her accelerated MBA on a full scholarship and was a four time Dean's academic scholarship recipient during her undergraduate career. Ashley also completed studies at The American University of Rome, Italy.
Ashley competed as Miss Rhode Island in the 2008 Miss America pageant live on TLC from Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas where she took home the first ever Miss Photogenic award as well as the Lifestyle and Fitness Award.
Ashley was also recognized for her passionate public service as a finalist for the national Quality of Life award. An accomplished classically trained ballerina, Ashley has won awards for her interpretations of "The Dying Swan" and the "Kitri Variation" from Don Quixote.
A former Miss Connecticut Teen USA 2002, Ashley was only the second in the history of the state to place as a national top ten finalist at the Miss Universe production, Miss Teen USA, broadcast live on CBS.
